Business Delivery
Assuming there is a forklift on site to offload, we offer delivery direct to your business (B2B)
Home Delivery
The service booked for home deliveries is dependent on the items in your order.
1) If the goods are in a small carton and weigh 29kg or under we will book the “Leave Safe Home Delivery” service which allows the goods to be left in a safe place without obtaining a signature. This is perfect if no one is home at the time of delivery.
2) If an individual item exceeds 30kgs it is classed as ‘heavy’ it will be packaged on a pallet or skid in compliance with freight safety standards. In most cases, a hydraulic tailgate service will be included in the price.
If your items are over-length (2.1m or longer) and no forklift is on site, you may have to contact us for a specialty service, such as a hiab truck as the items are too long to fit on a tailgate truck.
Depot Pickups
Why not collect in town at your nearest freight depot. This is a cheaper alternative to home delivery when no forklift is available.
A representative at the depot will contact you via the phone number provided at time of ordering, to notify you the goods have arrived and is ready for collection.
You’ll have up to 10 holding days free of charge.
