What methods of payment does Global accept?
We accept cash, Visa/Mastercard and direct deposit. Amex is not accepted.
Can I still place an order if the toolbox is out of stock?
Yes, you can still place an order if the toolbox is out of stock. It is assumed you have taken note of the Product Stock Levels and the expected arrival at your nearest branch. Your order will be placed on back-order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Please contact your nearest warehouse for further information.
Does Global install toolboxes?
No, we don’t provide fitting or intallation of toolboxes. Supply only.
Can I get matching keys?
Matching keys is not guaranteed. We will try our best however due to availabilty this may not be possible.
Do Global products come with a warranty?
Global Industrial offers a lifetime warranty against structural failure on our Apex Racking products. This includes Pallet Racking, Longspan and Cantilever system.
Paramount Boxes have a 24 month ‘back-to-base’ warranty. This means it’s the consumers responsibility to arrange for the toolbox to be returned to Global for further inspection. Please contact your nearest store for further information, such as terms and conditions and other products.
Does Global offer delivery?
Yes, we are happy to assist you with your delivery needs.
We use a combination of local couriers and national freight carriers with the followin services;
- Business to business with forklift
- Depot Pickups
- Home Delivery
To get a quote online, simply add your item/s to the cart and enter your delivery location and preferecnes to receive a price.
Can I view this product in person?
Visit our office or showroom locations to find us. Warehouses are open 8am – 4pm for pickups Monday to Friday. Offices are open 8am-4.30pm for placement of orders Monday to Friday. We are closed on the weekend and public holidays.
Can Global custom make toolboxes?
No, we don’t custom make toolboxes. All toolboxes listed online are the final design and size.
If a product is out of stock, can I leave a deposit instead?
A 20% deposit is required to confirm and hold your order from the next shipment with the balance payable on collection. Rather than purchasing through the website, you will need to email or call your nearest office to raise a back order and process payment.
Shipping & Returns
Do you need freight? To get a quote online, simply add your item/s to the cart and enter your delivery location and preferences to receive a price. Delivery time frames will vary depending on the item/s and destination.
Returns including faulty or damaged goods
Please note that change of mind returns will only be considered within 30 days from date of purchase and Global Industrial will not be responsible for any expenses related to the return freight.
You should always check your goods as soon as they are delivered to you to ensure they are what you ordered and they are not damaged or faulty. In this situation, please contact us straight away with photos or further information and will endeavor to rectify the issue right away.

Easily collect from one of our warehouses located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth. Pickup is available Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.
