We always recommend professional installation to avoid stuffing up your ute tray, your box and to avoid any GVM blowouts. The 3 x 50mmx50mm support rails of the 850H Series are pre-drilled for anchor bolts, and also allow forklift access and water flow. Options like the half-lid, in it’s shorter variations, can easily be installed in most standard issue tubs without having to alter or remove the side gates, as the door opening is designed higher up to avoid dropping the gates.
How can I customise my 850H Series ToolBox?

Aside from additional shelving and steel drawers, some owners choose to fit out the interior of their 850H-Series boxes with marine carpet on the floor, walls and rear side. Doing so will subdue any sliding or rattling of objects stored, and protect your toolbox from dings and scrapes of heavy or sharp-edged tools and equipment.
Be sure to choose a carpet that is water, fade and stain resistant, and once you’ve cut it to size, simply use contact adhesive to keep it in place.
Another common addition is mounting lights to the inside of the canopy lid, ideal for those early starts on site or late nights out bush. While battery-powered LEDs are a low-cost option, if you’re considering a power supply to your vehicle battery or an array, be sure to consult a licensed auto-electrician before installing.
